Long Island Iced Tea Ingredients

• 3/4 oz. gin
• 3/4 oz. vodka
• 3/4 oz. triple sec
• 3/4 oz. white rum
• 1 1/2 oz. sweet and sour mix
• splash of coke
• wedge of lime

Long Island Iced Tea Directions

Combine gin, vodka, triple sec, rum, sweet and sour mix and coke in a mixing glass filled with ice. Shake or stir. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or wedge.

Makes 1 cocktail.
